Diagnostic tech for pc to pc repair

What would be a reliable and free/or paid software that is able to remotely diagnose a pc (a PC on my small private business) that has trouble. Just for reference the main idea is so I can dial in when my company sets up a PC at a remote location to install our custom made OS onto the pc from it s boot IP

You are talking about two completely different things:
- provisioning a new PC
- remote diagnostics

Provisioning - you will need the infrastructure locally at that remote site (a server responding to PXE protocol, delivering boot images).

Remote diagnostics - you most probably cannot resolve hardware problems. For software problems, there is always a remote desktop.
