Difference Between the Same iPad2s

Hi,
I searched this but not anything good enough.
Here I saw two iPad2 with the same specs:
iPad2 WiFi 3G 32GB ( Black )

But the part numbers are completely different:
MD066LL/A .... MC774LL/A

What is the difference?
What means MD instead of MC ( I have seen it before )

The part number difference maybe for different countries(which doesn't matter unless its for some Asian countries in which the models don't come with Facetime)
