Digital coaxial output to RCA Cable

I have a HDTV and the only output it has is the Digital Coaxial, I am trying to hook up a sound bar and only has RCA and S/PDIF inputs. Is there a way to convert this over?

are you sure only Digital Coaxial? All TV should have RCA out.

As jivdis1x trying to say is that if you're sure about your TV output of Digital Coaxial, you just connect the TV Digital Coax on S/PDif inputs of your sound bar.
