Hello,
i purchased a medion md98360 laptop with a DVB-T TV TUNER
KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE "TV TUNER NOT DETECTED"

It could be that the driver is missing or the tuner hasn't been enabled. Go to the device manager and ensure that it is enabled. If it is, try going to the manufacturer's support site and downloading the driver for it. If that doesn't work, call the company's support line or e-mail them and see what they have to say.
