my brother lives in Florida, can I get a dish and reciever from him and get Direct TV off his account and just pay him 1/2 of his month

DirecTV states that they are legally prohibited from transmitting their signal outside the United States. Illegal activity is not to be discussed on the Tom's Hardware forums per the Terms of Use.
