Solved! Disable Note 20 Ultra Fingerprint Scanner while I'm at work?

Is there a way to turn off the fingerprint scanner while I'm at work, aside from manually turning it off? I usually leave my phone in my pocket at work, and it keeps thinking I'm trying to unlock it over and over.
I work in a factory, so I'd really prefer to not leave my phone on my machine for safety reasons if nothing else.

are you using a screen protector?

update its firmware

eventually its a faulty device, it shouldn´t try to unlock while it´s in your pocket
