Disable safe mode in A73 lava mobile

Due to safe mode my lower volume button donot work

"Safe Mode" doesn't mess with your buttons. The button would have to have been damaged in some way. This could place, and keep, the phone in "Safe Mode" as you have to be able to move the button to get it out, and keep it out, of "Safe Mode". The only resolution is to have the button repaired.
