Disk read error

Hello,
i have a toshiba laptop and when turn on only get black screen with disk read error pess ctrl alt del to restart did that and sme thing any suggestions tried remove and put hard drive and ram chip no help

Sounds like your hdd failed. DL the diagnostics from the drive maker.

Did a new hard drive fix the problem?

Your hard drive is either dead or corrupted. You'll want to ask somebody who speaks your native language for advice on how to proceed.
