I have an ASUS T100 tabalet that has a wiped hard drive. Is it possible to reload Windown (any version) on this tablet? If so, how?

Yes.
Win 8.1 or Win 10, 32bit will work on that no problem.

I have one. Came with Win 8.1 originally, now with Win 10.

What size drive is it?
How did the drive get wiped?
Do you have anything to install from?
