do i need 2 sim cards for my DATA to work on my phone with out WIFI?

I have a BLU dash Music phone. I inserted my straight talk SIM and my memory card. I can not use the internet unless I am using WIFI. I don't have wifi at my house. I need the web data from my phone .. do I need to have 2 sim cards.. the one set of bars is full and the other one has a red X.. please help.. can I insert another Straight talk SIM and that will fix it???

You shouldn't need a second SIM card.

However, you may need to ensure that your cellphone plan includes data.
