Do Pc sticks work with laptops?

My laptop has 8 GB of ram,but when I open up my game the CPU go to 100% and I wanna know if a PC stick can fix that?

cpu is not the same as ram.
What games? where did you get it from? what is the exact model of the laptop?

Well I should have phrases it better, but i'm really asking if the CPU in a PC stick can help with my CPU on my laptop when it goes 100% (The game is usually mine craft)

no. you can't offload cpu usage to different system.
Unless they pc stick have better spec, and the laptop have hdmi in. then you can just use the pc stick and use the laptop as the monitor
