So, I have the new BIOS (the one that came out with Windows 8). I have both UEFI and Legacy boot option. I'm not sure, but do these 2 boot options have separate partitions that you can not view in other boot mode. Plus, my disk is GPT, I normally use UEFI but if I switched to Legacy mode, would it use a MBR. I'm asking this one because I could have a infected MBR Code in my Legacy boot that can not be viewed in UEFI. This is very complicated. Thanks for all your replies, they are really appreciated.

By changing it to Legacy, it probably has an MBR Code. MBR Codes can be infected. My disk is GPT so if I boot with Legacy is there an MBR Code. That's what I mean. Thanks for your reply!
