For that check the LED PWM frequency. If you have the exact model you might be able to find the specs, if not you can always use a digital voltmeter (with duty cycle option) and a sensor (optical encoders work well for that). If the duty cycle is well above the shutter speed you intend to use ( 1/60 for 29.97Hz video, ~1/300 max for photo), it should be fine (usually 2500Hz+ is fine, better yet if it's 20kHz
All depends on your use. Lets put color reproduction aside for now, and if the stobes you had before were too strong or never used past 50%, it should work.


Now, color reproduction is a whole different issue. You'll need to see if your subjects have poor color reproduction when using LEDs (due to limited spectrum) , but it's hard to tell without knowing your subjects
