I used a usb and the bios isn't up to date.

What's the problem?

Reinstall using the USB but instead of continuing through setup immediately, press SHIFT+F10 and then use Diskpart to wipe the drive. When that's done, continue installing normally.

Yeah don't do that, use RUFUS or Universal USB Installer. The MCT has bugs and flaws MSFT has never bothered to fix.
