Does Aspire One S1001 support external HDD 1TB?

Solution
Hi there Harsha_8,

Well, USB 2.0 port should be able to power up an external drive.(if it is 2.5'') I believe you should have no issues with using a 3.5'' one as well. They come with a separate power cord.

Yet, in order to be absolutely sure, it will not hurt to contact the manufacturer's Support on that.

What do you mean by "not detect"? The drive is not spinning up at all, or it is just not recognized? The first one can be caused by not enough power provided while the latter could be driver related.
