does comcast charge extra for a second hd hookup?

Replacing upstairs tv on cable which is not an HD set. Will Comcast charge for a second hookup in order for us to receive hd services on a new HD tv?

Unless you like receiving spam e-mail, you should remove yours from this post.

Comcast will not charge you for just connecting another TV directly to the wall outlet. However, if you require a second set top box (based on your subscription level), you will be charged (~$17/month) for that.
