does my computer bottleneck 1060

Hello i bought 1060 today and i wonder does my pc bottleneck it.
specs
-amd fx6350
-palit super jetstream 1060
-8gb ram
-asus m5a97 2.0
-chieftec 500w iarena
-1tb hdd

Depends on the title but yes in some cases it can pretty severely in other it won't be much and perhaps even a smaller number the 1060 will bottlneck your CPU. I'd suggest ocing your processor (with a good CPU cooler) of you plan to keep that build a while

I have oceed to 4.2ghz... Should ijustget new motherboard and processor
