Does the Macbook 29W charger work with the HP Spectre 13?

I know it's 14.8v/2a and the Spectre is 15v/3a, but the bios of the Spectre was recently unlocked so it takes other USB C chargers.

I would advise against it, you will probably end up killing the macbook charger as it can only supply 2 amps vs 3 amps.
