Jon: I ordered a Samsung T-451 from One Call... but it
is on backorder....

From a few scarce Web Sites T-451 user comments....
It does do ATSC OTA Digital & Hi Def reception..

It does do QAM Cable unscrambled (non encrypted)
Digital reception... This is a Diff
vs the T-351 plus a new Video out Port on T-451.
The T-451 may be short remote buttons to address
other types of HD equipment.???

I believe it does not do Analog NTSC reception..

And I'm only hoping if the T-451 is delivered late enough...
It might do 5th Generation multiPath correction????

I have one of these units. It does not receive analog NTSC signals. One good
thing I've noticed, there are four stations that do not come in at all on
analog, because of the distance, but do come in on digital. Right now I'm
using rabbit ears with excellent results.

If you're able to get your HD/SD signals w/rabbit ears, you are very
fortunate. A lot of folks can't and wind up needing an outdoor antenna.
Count your blessings. I live less than 20 miles from multiple TV
transmitters yet any kind of an indoor antenna or attic antenna just
wouldn't work satisfactorily. Even the TERK mounted outside was all but
worthless. I was very disappointed in it. I ended up putting up a little
corner-reflector yagi from Rat Shack, Cat # 15-2160 for $23.99. Works
great! Beware, Rat Shack sells re-labelled TERKS, (RS cat numbers 15-2183,
15-2185 and 15-2190) They're junk. Avoid them.
