dose not move to sd card for any apps or music

Please help I cant move any thing on my new sd card and its for Samsung!

For music, you can move that manually yourself. Your device should come preinstalled with an app called "My Files". If not, there are plenty of free file browsers on the Play Store that will let you move music files around.
