Download and save a PDF to my micro SD

When I download a PDF on my Samsung Tab S, I can't figure out how to save it onto my SD.

go into settings and then go to storage set storage as sd card

The most easiest way is to choose SD storage as the primary option for downloads under settings. This will enable all future downloads go straight into your SD card.
