I'd recommend a Google search on "Windows 10 Movie Streaming". The top few articles provided several options for streaming free movies in Windows 10. Options include Popcorn Time, Crackle, Vudu, and others.

I don't have any experience with any of these, so I'd recommend reading through the descriptions for those you might be interested in and even test driving a couple of them.
