download recovery for toshiba E45t-A4200 to USB

laptop crashed and it wants to be rebooted...can't use HDD1 or 2...need USB version. where can I download the system recovery to a USB?

You suppose to make one when you first got your laptop. Now you can buy one from toshiba, go to their support site
