Solved! Downloading problem steam.

I am downloading ark survival evolved on steam.... It says it is at 100% done downloading 20.1 / 20.1 but the disk (the green line) is still going and it is telling me that it is going to be an 1 hour+ longer...

Anyone know why this is happening?

I would try resetting steam
