So yesterday i dropped my laptop (as mentioned) and the laptop where turned on but after I dropped it, the screen went black and I didn't know what was going on. I have tried restarting it, still the screen won't turn on but the rest of the laptop works, I have plugged the laptop through a hdmi cable to my tv and and it works just like normal but when i go to the windows settings there's only my tv showing up while my laptop monitor isn't detected.
I have also opened up the small piece under the laptop so see if any cables were unplugged because why not, I also reinstalled the ram stick, no difference still.

I am using a MSI GE70 about 2 years old, never had any problems and running Windows 10 64bit.

I can't really figure out a way to fix this other than hand it over to service which is expensive.

Thanks for reading.

Can you see any damage to the LCD panel at all? Take a flashlight and look closely. If the panel isn't cracked you may have just damaged the LCD cable.
Here is the guide to dismantle the laptop if you feel like tackling it: https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/uploads/159/MS-1756_Disassembly_guide.pdf
I would inspect the LCD cable carefully for any damage. If you see any damage that might be your culprit.
A cable will run you around $30 on eBay while an LCD panel will run you around $70.
