DSC H55 defect - please take a look

Hello Guys:

I have a DSC H55 for 2 years. Just eventual use.

Last week I noted that pictures are looking weird (pictures took in automatic mode). Please, take a look:

Pictures with and without flash are presenting this kind of halo.

This problem is intermittent. If I take a bunch of pictures and keep adjusting EV, sometimes the defect disapear.

Do you guys have a clue of what I can do to fix it?

seems that from the sensor or firmware, you said that after take many images and adjusting the EV, the artifact sometimes disappear.

try update the firmware, if not solve the problem, maybe from CCD sensor, because sometimes CCD sensor didn't work as be when he get condensation or cold place.

and try takes few picture and take using other mode. if the image have those artifact on few mode/only on auto mode, it's seems from firmware. but if the artifact appear on all mode, it's seems from the sensor.
