DVD drive not working on a Toshiba Satellite laptop.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and the DVD player is not working. I have used a laser lens cleaner and the player is still not reading a DVD. Need assistance is resolving problem.

Have you tried other DVDs and/or CDs to see if it will read them? If it is only the one that won't read, then it isn't the drive that is the problem.

I would suggest you try a few other DVDs and CDs in the drive to see if any will play.
