Dvd or Blu-ray home theatre

i would like to know nowadays worths to buy a dvd home cinema or dvd's are dieing and i should go for Blu-ray?

Definitely go with Blu-Ray. Most (if not all) Blu-Ray devices can also play DVDs, so if you do not have an HD display, you can still enjoy DVDs on a standard TV.
