E6420 no hdd detected

I was pressing the fn f8 keys and waa getting up and pressed random keys that messed up my laptop. This is terrible. It's now telling me cant boot cuz no hdd. It's There tho.

Which OS are you on? If Windows 10, within your BOOT device priority list, choose Windows Boot Manager and see if you regain functionality.

Reset BIOS. If that does not help, then you have corrupted your HDD partition or some files, use windows or other recovery disks and repair or completely re install windows, while re installing you can choose to keep your data untouched or do a clean install.
