earphone not working in left ear

only hear audio in one left ear on my mobile device, in any other device it works perfectly good.! anyone who can solve my problem.? I am using mexus5 phone. Thank u.!

1) Maybe the headphone has problem.
2) Maybe your mobile device playback setting in mono sound.
3) The audio in the mono sound, and not the stereo sound.
