Not long ago I have discovered an adware called eDeals which I have had in the past and successfully removed then. This time when it appeared, I removed it from the windows remover window and ran multiple virus detection program, one of them being malware bytes. One any of the removers asks for a restart, I do that but the adware is still present. I am wondering if there is a sure-fire way to FULLY remove an adware in which I don't know its location and my anti-virus can't pick up.
Here is a screenshot of the normal tom's HARDWARE page:

Those popup ads on the top and bottom of the screen appeared, and random words all throughout random pages have been hyperlinked to advertisements, these hyperlinks have a green arrow next to them.
Big help if anybody knows a way to fix this.
Update - Stuff like that even appears on my own question (there is no limit, but it doesn't appear on heavy pages like facebook, youtube or steam...if that makes sense).
