Electrical buzz coming from studio monitors?

Hi,

There is a consistent buzz that comes from my studio monitors (which are connected to my PC) when my CPU, and particularly GPU are under heavy load, such as when I'm playing a game.

It does not happen when they are not under heavy load.

There are no loose wires connected to the monitors.

The setup is Monitors, RCA into preamp, USB into PC.

I've had this problem for a while, is there any way to resolve it?

Do you have a quality power supply in the PC? A cheap power supply could put noise into the voltages used by the audio section of the PC.

Corsair TX 650, I think it's pretty quality.

Fixed. Bought a ground loop noise isolator. Didn't think that would work lol.
