Element TV setup issues.

I moved my tv from one room to another room. I connected it with my cable/dish box, and ps4 and when I hit the power button it will not give me any setup options to set it up in a new room. I can only turn the tv on or off I can't use any other functions. How can I fix this?

Which TV is it?

Do you use just the remote or did you try buttons on the TV as well?
If just the remote, is the battery fine and correctly inserted in it?
