i can not get computor to turn on any mike is there a keyboard switch or do i need a new driver

The issue seems to be related to the audio driver.

You can get the latest audio driver from the vendor's official website. Here is the driver download page from the US.

For the other parts of the globe, you can visit here, pick the region of your residence, and get the drivers from there.
