Emachines E725 Touchpad Problems my touchpad up and down scroll does not want to

Hello,

touchpad scrolling is not working properly. Does not scroll up and down. What would be the solutions ? It was working since I bout my laptop untill yesterday I decided ti clean it in uninstall some software that I don't need that often. I probably deleted one the was making it working.

please let me know what i should do to solve this issue.

I have emachine E525 I had to disable touchpad device in the device manager and reboot to get my scroller working again
