Emachines touchpad not working

Hello,
my touchpad sensitivity isn't right and my scroll bar thingy isn't working. how do i fix it?
p.s. i have an emachine with windows 7

I'm going to assume that it is like every other computer and nothing is completely wrong with it. You want to go to control panel and open up the mouse options. In that you want to go to pointer speed. That will help control the sensitivity I believe. Assuming were talking about the same sensitivity. If its not that, I'm sorry :[
