Email bouncing Back from lge.com servers

Hi , i am from an ISP in Zimbabwe. My clients are failing to send email to your domain for an unclear reason. Here is the error message we are getting each time we send to you.

Solution
You're talking to the wrong people; we're just a forum and probably don't have anyone from the actual site.

You need to find out how to contact the mail admin, but given that it's LG Electronics (or appears to be), I suspect it's either on your end or an intermediate server.
