enabling speakers by right clicking on volume speaker symbol

I disabled the speakers by right clicking on the volume symbol, going to playback devices, and clicking on disable. I did this to turn them off so I could enable headphones temporarily. I planned to go back and enable the speakers when I was done listening on the headphones. However, the speakers are no longer listed in the menu at all. I opened Realtek Audio, and they are no longer in there either. How do I get the speakers back in the list so I can then enable them again?

In the same list where you disabled the speakers, right click on any icon and select "Show disabled devices."
