WINDOWS 7 HOME ORIGINAL.

PS Upgrading to Windows 10 should ??

What do you mean estimate? You can find prices for that system on Dell's site as well as any retailer that carries that model.

If it comes with Windows 7, I would not upgrade to 10. If 8, then yes upgrade to 10.
