It this all internet access, or just the web? Does the problem still
occur if you use an IP address (like 204.1.226.230) but not with a URL
(like www.grc.com). I had that problem (works with IP but not URL)
once. It was DNS.

Your computers (and Replay) are probably using DHCP (automatic IP
assignment). Are they? The problem may be related to DHCP lease time.
Try increasing it. That should make it work longer. The setting is a
part of your DHCP server (unually that'll be in the router).
