Everyday use and some gaming- $800

Hi all-

I've had a gaming desktop for the past couple of years, but I have recently decided that I need a laptop. I travel and move around a lot so I need something that I can take with me. I do play some games (APB Reloaded, CS:S, TF2, L4D2, etc.) and would like to be able to play them on my laptop. I'm one of those people who doesn't need to MAX out the game to be happy, medium settings with a good frame rate is fine with me. My budget is about $800 and I would like to stay below that, but if there is going to be a big performance gain for spending a little more I'm willing to do that. So far I've found two laptops that seem good to me.
