Not all East Asians are gaming addicts, just as there are some addicts in the western world as well. It's just that Asian society is extremely competitive: you *must* be the best in what you're doing, even if it's just a game. So they'd probably spend a lot more hours working on their PC as well.

I've almost always got facebook open when I'm at home, but I don't actually do anything on there most of the time.
In contrast, when I have wow open, it's very likely I'm actually using it.

I spend 0 hours on FB. I made an account a couple of years ago in college. I forgot the password and no longer have that email address so Facebook will not let me gain access to it. I have thus, boycotted it and have talked people out of using it since. I spend most of my time on the internet researching, playing games, or watching movies"netflix."

this made me check up on facebook - haven't been on it since... last year! When i made my account for no absolute reason...

And WOW!!!!! i saw that a huge portion of my year still spam facebook!

....i then logged back out and played some games

My wife is on facebook EVERYDAY and she has it on her phone.
