Everything is using up so much cpu!

Hello, i have been having a problem with my laptop and its that so much system programs and, processes and other things are using up my cpu,memory,disk all of the time and i think that's why my fan is running so much.

The laptop is win 10 and i got it a couple of weeks ago.
