Solved! exp gdc problem( the psu&gpu fans wont even work)

i've recently bought an exp gdc 8.4 and a gtx 650 ti, but after i connect all the cables from the psu to gpu&exp to the laptop nothing works, even the fans is not spinning, i've tested the psu with a paper clip and it works, please help

i3 2310m
gtx 650 ti msi hawk
200 watt psu
exp gdc 8.4

so i've found the sollution, you have to open the exp gdc case and then trun on ATX power, thats all! hope this could help
