Expected price drop for gtx 1070 laptops?

I'll be going to a university later this year and want a good gaming laptop. My eyes are currently on Acer helios 300 w/ Gtx 1060 6g for 1099$. But i think it'd be better if i got a gtx 1070 laptop for around $1250. With the RTX laptops coming this month, do you think i'll be able to get a gtx 1070 laptop by august this year for $1250? It'd be better if its on amazon and shippable (is that even a word?) internationally?
Or should i wait till dec when gtx 1660 is rumored to be released?
Edit: gtx 1070 laptops are going for $1600 currently on amazon but i aint got that much on me.

Dec is a long wait, where did you see they wouldn't be out until december?

There will more than likely be some GTX1070 laptops reduced to clear stock for the RTX models, but you will obviously have to keep any eye out and shop around.

yes that is an issue as well otherwise i wouldve waited out without any worries whatsoever.
Still the question stands, should I wait it out till july/august on a chance that 1070 laptops will drop to $1250 or just buy helios 300 in april/may for abt a 1000$? Note my budget is $1350 incl shipping which is abt 100$ on average.
