Explorer file control help tools bar lost

Hello, made a loser late night mistake and lost menu bar on exporer. Not only that but i screwed up so much stuff befre that , now i'm owner of a unusable pc. If get menu back, there is hope. pls help

Are you talking about Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer?

If it's missing from Windows Explorer, the sfc /scannow command may help.
