Explorer P/W Problem

Hey I was using internet explorer and I had a P/W which I wrote down on a piece of paper. Now my problem is that i have misplaced that piece of paper. Is there any way that internet explorer keeps a Key stroke sort of thing which i can go through to find it ? I'm using Win 7 and the second newest version of explorer

any sloutions would be greatly appriciated

If I.E. was not set to save the passwords (it does not pre-fill them for you), you won't be able to find it. Whatever site you use it for should be able to reset it for you though.
