External laptop GPU

Okay so i want to try an external GPU on my laptop the model is GL551JW-WH71(WX). Does anybody know if it is possible with this model? The only PCI express slot i can think of is the wifi card and i dont have an express card slot. can i convert one via usb? If i take out the wifi card and use that for the pcie slot and then use an express card converter do i have a shot at making it work?
