F1 and 1 key is not working while the rest of the keys are!

Hello everyone. As the title said, F1 and 1 key is not working, not due to harsh tapping or dirt beneath the keyboard, it just suddenly stop working. I'm not a Tech guy, so I don't know what to do.

Serial: Y9192859K

Hopefully, this will be fixed.
NOTE: I did copy-pasting for these faulty keys.

Might go to the website and download their latest drivers, might be corrupt

I've checked the Toshiba website you gave me, but unfortunately, they only support US or Latin America model.

Should be a site for your model, search on google for your laptop model and 'download drivers'

I did found the drivers I need, with the help of some of my friends too. But overall, thanks for the information you gave me, it did helped me a lot.
