Does the Japanese laserdisc of When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth have the
nudity cut from the US release?

Was it ever in the film? Despite the IMDb statement that the nudity was cut
from the US version, this Japanese LD is the same version I've seen
previously on UK TV. The scene where the couple are about the disrobe does
cut somewhat abruptly so it defeinitely feels like the footage (stills from
which can be found in the House of Horror book) was there at one point, but
whether it ever got included in any release version, I've no idea. The Film
Review for 1971/2 lists a rt of 100 mins, several mins longer than currently
available versions but the film only had an "A" certificate which I doubt it
would have got had the nude scenes remained, as CREATURES THE WORLD FORGOT a
year later got an "X".
